How we handle data, and why your documents never reach us.
Your documents do not reach us. We do not receive them, do not store them, cannot read them. Processing happens on your computer, and the engine that performs it has no technical ability to open a network connection.
We process your email address and what you tell us, in order to reply.
Email address and licence data, needed to run the product.
We use no analytics, load no resources from other domains and normal browsing is not recorded: the server does not keep the addresses of people reading these pages.
In that case your IP address is kept for 30 days, for one purpose only: recognising automated bulk submissions, which would otherwise make unusable the very channel real people use to reach us. After 30 days it is deleted, while the request itself remains — otherwise we could no longer reply to you.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding the data we process. Write to us and we will respond.
None of these ever leaves your computer, so we could not process them even if we wanted to.
